LUCY KITCHEN

Lucy Kitchen is a British folk singer-songwriter whose evocative voice and deeply personal songwriting have earned her a growing reputation within the contemporary folk scene. Based in Hampshire, her music draws inspiration from nature, the seasons and the complexities of grief, loss and renewal, blending traditional folk sensibilities with subtle Americana influences. Since releasing her debut album 'Waking' in 2014, followed by 'Sun To My Moon' in 2017 and 'The Stables Sessions' EP in 2023, Lucy has garnered support from BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 2, BBC London, Amazing Radio USA and Radio X, while also collaborating with a range of electronic music artists.

Her latest album, 'In The Low Light', released in 2026, is a powerful and deeply personal collection written in the wake of her husband's death, exploring themes of love, loss, memory and resilience. The record received widespread critical acclaim from the likes of MOJO, Clash, Shindig! Magazine, Songlines and Louder Than War, further cementing Lucy's reputation as one of Britain's most compelling contemporary folk voices.
